How To Enroll in Travel Insurance Online

Enrolling in travel insurance is a quick and easy process that can be completed in a matter of minutes.

How to enroll via the Partner Portal

1. Go to the ‘Get a Quote’ tab at https://partner.travelexinsurance.com/quote/
2. Enter your location number (if applicable)
3. Enter your traveler’s personal information, including state of residency, along with their basic trip details including date of departure and return, cost of trip and the age and quantity of travelers.
4. Click ‘Get Quote’
5. Eligible Travelex travel insurance plans will be displayed, alongside the cost and key benefits of each available plan. Select the preferred Travelex Insurance Services plan based on your customer’s protection needs.
6. Confirm the trip details, including destination, and enter the primary traveler’s personal information along with any additional travelers. Here, you can add any optional policy upgrades.
7. Enter an email for the plan document delivery. Emailing the policy to yourself and the traveler will ensure that you and your customer can review the plan confirmation and details within minutes after purchasing.
8. Review the trip information and plan details thoroughly to ensure all information you have provided is accurate, and the traveler understands their protection plan’s benefits and limits. A PDF of the policy is available on this page, too.
9. Enter credit card information to complete travel insurance enrollment.
10. That’s it, you’re finished! We recommend travelers carry a copy of their travel insurance documents on their trip. Remind your travelers to download our Travel On App before they depart to have policy documents, 24/7 assistance, and more on the go.

How to enroll via our consumer website

1. Go to the Travelex Insurance Homepage at www.travelexinsurance.com.
2. Select ‘Start a quote’
3. Enter the trip destination at ‘Where are you going’. If your customer is traveling to multiple destinations, select the country where they’ll spend the most time.
4. Enter trip information including departure and return dates and when the first trip payment was made.
5. Under ‘Who’s traveling on your trip’ add the number of travelers, their age, state of residence, and trip cost.
6. Add your travel agent location number and name.
7. Review possible coverage options, alongside the cost and key benefits of each available plan. Select the preferred Travelex Insurance plan based on your customer’s protection needs.
8. Add any optional policy upgrades.
9. Complete traveler details for primary traveler and any additional travelers, including date of birth, residential address, and contact information.
10. Review trip summary and opt to email a quote or proceed with purchase.
11. Enter credit card information to complete travel insurance enrollment.
